Regimen

Continuous daily regimen (for women with a uterus): apply the patch to the lower abdomen twice weekly, continuously with no breaks during each 28-day cycle.; Cyclic regimen (to mimic the natural menstrual cycle): Phase 1 (days 1–14): Apply an estradiol-only patch (e.g., Vivelle-Dot® 0.05 mg/day), replaced twice weekly. Phase 2 (days 15–28): Switch to Combipatch (0.05 mg estradiol / 0.14 mg norethindrone acetate), also applied twice weekly.
